@habit actually it's neither! Purely coloured water. I had the idea whilst drinking a cup of coffee but didn't fancy another cup right then!

@salza That's funny . When I photographed meals at a local restaurant , the salmon wasn't cooked because it looked better and pinker uncooked for the image . Photography is about the way it looks . Not tastes.
