Garden fence

For my get pushed challenge from April @aecasey - Your challenge this week is to try some architecture photography this week.

Other than my visit to the flower farm I haven't left home this week. So opportunity to capture architecture was limited. I have always liked the decorative bits on the fence that surrounds our swimming pool. I hope that this feature passes muster for architecture.

Also for the tag challenge - my tags were garden and monochrome
@aecasey one attempt, not a building but it is a structure.

This has such lovely symmetry and your B&W capture is marvelous with the shadows in the background.
A lot of thought went into this well composed shot!
A FAV!

Well done on meeting the challenge Sally, considering we are not allowed out, you did splendidly

Hard to do architecture when not allowed away from home. Well done though!

Okay, partner, how about trying a macro shot of something in your house for the GP 444?

@aikiuser I'm sure that I can manage that, thanks Jenn

I like the textures, made even more prominent in b&w

What is architecture without those special features? Love the light and contrasts.

Sorry I missed my shadow form challenge this week. I've been studying it, though, and will attempt it sometime soon.

Works for me! I like the inclusion of some of the fence shadow too.
