I sometimes find November really difficult. It makes me think of the poem by Thomas Hood:
No sun - no moon!
No morn - no noon -
No dawn - no dusk - no proper time of day.
No warmth, no cheerfulness, no healthful ease,
No comfortable feel in any member -
No shade, no shine, no butterflies, no bees,
No fruits, no flowers, no leaves, no birds! -
November!
But this morning when I opened the curtains there was a little sun and I just had to go outside and click the camera.
Everywhere there are fabulous golds and bronzes and greens. And it made me smile.

Three good things
1. Lovely walk to school ......and then the rain came.
2. Good little workers and we made a lovely autumn & fireworks picture ....to be finished tomorrow.
3. Gentle evening so far......now I better get some work done for the morning.
I'm not all that fond of November. I am not a fan of Winter and November is it's welcome mat.
