Another lovely day....it was rather damp but we did some shopping and after lunch we went for a forest walk close to some standing stones not far away. Big brother is a little unsure about trolls in the woods from stories he's heard (his dad told me) but I think the fun we had has sorted that out.
Afterwards we went to Forest Farm where they have the best kind of milk ....dispensed on site with minimum processing and the boys were fascinated. We could see some of the cows being milked through the large window. ....right time of day to visit.
Three good things
1. Lovely salmon and sweetcorn pancakes for dinner....enjoyed by everyone.
2. Used lots of the fruit we bought this morning to make kebabs with strawberry sauce (simply blitzed strawberries!!!) and local Mackies ice cream......We all thought it was simply the best dessert ever!
3. Tidied away all the large collection of Lego which was taken down from the loft last weekend 🤨 .....not the best time to empty it all out on spare room floor....😂😂😂😂!
That looks so good as well as being so delicious and healthy! You virtually have to have a spare room for lego - I've stood on too many with bare feet!
