This is my lovely rocking chair in our lounge. It was handmade by a gifted craftsman who lived in our little town almost thirty years ago. I received a surprise of some money and bought this chair. His wife did the upholstery on it and it is really lovely to sit in.
Sadly she died when she was just 40, and he has had some difficult experiences since. But I love the chair from the best of times.
Three good things
1. Filling learning activities with gentleness and care. Some little people are finding this tricky.
2. Catch up evening phone calls ...even if we can't meet together we can still be in touch.
3. A little bit of TV Masterchef before bedtime.
