End of week 1

It was as good as it looks!!! And took almost half an hour to eat with a little help from Allan who chose coffee today.
The freshest and simplest local dairy ice cream and strawberries from the polytunnel growing area across the road.
Three good things
1. A good first week......fun art in maths activities out of doors this morning.
2. My niece got her flight back to UK this morning so 2 week quarantine not required. Happy to be with her family on holiday in Scotland.
3. Gifts from Susannah. I got fudge and Allan got pizza dough (fresh and delivered to the house, plus topping ingredients very tasty indeed.

Well, thank you for your lovely comments! The ice cream tails off a bit at the end of summer as the growing polytunnels empty for another season. But the shop and cafe remains open all year now so still able to go for coffee or lunch etc at weekends. 😄
