Sent by sister Sheila who's having some wild swimming adventures in the Lake District.
Maybe at some point in the future I could try this.
For the moment it's weekly swimming lessons to overcome long term anxiety of water.
Three good things
1. Good progress....less fear.
2. Coffee at my friend's house on the way home.
3. A lovely walk with Sheila next door and a detour to get a great view of the harvest moon rising. Didn't have my phone with me!
