Cookery Demonstration at the Arts Festival.

This author was a MasterChef finalist in 2022 and it was delightful to hear her share her experiences, watch her cooking and have a tasty bite.
We have too many cookery books really, but hard to resist a Scottish chef at work.
Three good things.
1. Tidy up and packing time.
2. A visit to Auntie Liz... always appreciated.
3. A good drive home...I was passenger and nodded off a few times 😊

Oh, I'm tempted. To buy, to try! I too have too many cookery books. I love recipes. My daughter was looking for a recipe for 'flan' that we used to make in Nigeria. I was horrified to realise when I took a photo of the recipe in my recipe journal, to send to her, that it dated back to 2001 - 23 years ago!!!
