After her all-county concert, I asked Carolyn to sit on the bench so I could get some pictures - keep in mind it's 35 degrees (Fahrenheit) and her dress is short sleeved. Instead of shivering and complaining about the cold metal horn, she decided to give us an encore performance of her songs, outside.
I'm sure the neighbors were thrilled. And confused.
@thimblelady Thank you! Yes, I think I've got all my children very well trained. Mom says it's time to go outside and take a picture, it's time to go out, no matter the weather. :)
@tracys Thanks! She actually probably wasn't all that cold - the sun was super bright and this is my kid that refuses to wear proper outerwear whenever she can get away with it...
