Another lovely drive today - this time along the coast instead of into the mountains. This is a place called Wilderness, just about 10km north of where we were staying at Far Hills Hotel between George and Wilderness on the Garden Route.

That sea is really that colour, and what attracted me to this scene was the layers of waves, so although I could've shot this beach from on the beach, I actually went up to a view site to see across the entire bay. Those little black ants on the beach are people. This is a very popular beach in school holidays, especially December, but we have avoided going on holiday during school holidays so places were emptier than they might otherwise have been.
