Karen and I had booked tickets to go to the Barnyard Theatre in Cape Town again today. Neither of our hubby's wants to go to live shows, so it is great that the two of us can go together and share transport costs to get there. We shared a large pizza, and a bottle of water, and had a great afternoon.
How awesome Desi, which show is on atm? We regularly go to Tygervalley as the shows are always great. The only difference, we share a bottle of wine 😉
@ludwigsdiana It is "The Hollywood Walk of Fame" right now. Really enjoyed it. It's okay for you to share a bottle of wine - Stellenbosch is only 20min drive home on the N1. I have to negotiate 2 hours drive on single lane roads with mad drivers all trying to overtake so I need all my wits about me and would rather wait until home in the evening for the wine. (We always go to an afternoon show to be home by dark because it is such a long drive on unlit roads)
@bf2016@lynnz@narayani Thank you. Yes it is fun. We usually make a day of it once or twice a year. There's no local theatre or movies nearby, so it is great to take in a show occasionally.
