Such a scruff at the moment! Tug certainly needs a bath and brush, and trim (although I am reluctant to trim too much hair now in winter. Their coats are so long right now that I haven't needed to put jerseys on them at all yet.)
@anniesue yes the sun is warm but the air has a chill and nights can be quite cold. Our homes are not insulated and heated like yours so I think the cold feels cold here
