Set this up tonight for entering into a competition on a Facebook group I belong to. Not particularly proud of it, and I very much doubt it will win but that is no reason not to enter. I have loads of much better photos of hands in my archives, but part of the rules is that the photo has to have been taken in the past week. Anyway, it is a good reason to push myself into taking the time and effort and imagination to set up shots again!
@bf2016 Thank you so much. Well, that image is doing well with the votes right now - it is ahead of the pack with 26 votes so far and next rival 16 votes. Of course that could all change by tomorrow morning as more people vote.
@narayani Thank you Narayani. My image is doing a lot better than I thought it would. I liked it last night until I posted it in the competition and compared myself to others, then thought "oh dear, I don't stand a chance!", but right now I'm surprised to be leading the votes.
@ludwigsdiana Thanks so much Diana. Not sure when the voting will end. I think the admin of the group keeps the voting open until he has what he considers sufficient votes. The prize is just a bottle of wine, so not of any great value, but I think for me it is the fun and pushing myself to try and fit the theme.
