It should've been ...

It should've been my favourite photo of the day. Another shot from tomorrow, but this time I actually directed / posed my model, and I loved the results I was seeing on my LCD screen. Imagine my disappointment in myself when I saw a bit of camera shake evident in the larger computer screen! I think I've realised that it might not be a bad idea to have my camera set to shoot a burst of images in future so that maybe one will be sharp?
is .1 of a second quite a long exposure? (this isn't my area of expertise - obviously!)

This is a beautiful portrait Desi. Can’t see the shake here, but I’ll take your word for it. Doesn’t take away from the image.

A lovely portrait of this beautiful young lady.

@anniesue Yes - that is 1/10s which is actually very slow! I should have increased my iso considerably because of the poor light inside that big tent, but I am not a fast thinker, nor experienced enough at doing street photography where one has to think fast to grab the moment to have thought in advance to set a high iso. Recommended slowest shutter speeds for handheld photos are about 1/50s and faster

@narayani Thanks Narayani. Yes, unfortunately when I view it full size on my computer screen is when the slight camera shake is evident.

@seacreature it looks as though it was outside, so I was surprised at the readings - but if you've learning something for the future, that's a bonus
