I was down at the harbour again today buying meat from the butcher there again, the old fashioned way. I prefer having him cut what I want instead of buying meat laid out in polystyrene trays covered in cling film at the supermarket.
Great composition again. We had a great butcher just down the road but they moved and we don’t eat enough meat to warrant the drive to their new shop.
