A very ordinary dawn

But a lovely day. Went off to the shopping mall in our nearest largish town for the first time since lockdown started 51days ago. I felt like quite a country bumpkin being in a shopping centre again. We now have the virus in our little village too. Two cases. But I guess that means soon it will be 4 then 8 ...
Methinks an extraordinary dawn.
Enjoy your shopping. I want to go too...and l don't, yet want to etc. It seems so long ago that I've almost forgotten what shopping is. More rewarding things to do at home.

What a delightful scene. Luckily our local shopping centre isn't too busy and especially quiet now we don't have tourists or visitors here. I am dreading visitors from Sydney (which is 200 km away) returning for weekends as there are still covid cases there. Stay safe.

How on earth did it get into your village when no one could come in or go out?!
Stay safe Desi x

@s4sayer Thank you. I do agree it is much nicer being at home than anywhere else - but yet I did enjoy and appreciate the change

@onewing Thank you. Yes it is a lovely scene. Actually for me almost anything that involves water and reflections is usually a lovely scene. LOL.

@narayani I don't know exactly how it got into our village but I guess they couldn't keep us totally isolated forever. Even I had to go to Cape Town to see the specialist earlier this month, with a "movement document". Many others must've been going out for one reason or another. They are not telling us who the positive cases are, or where, but my suspicion is that they could be fishermen on the fishing trawlers because they are working in very confined spaces with each other. But I may be completely wrong in my wild guesses.
