Yes, Diana, this is just above Riebeek Kasteel. Those buildings down below in the valley are the village of Riebeek Kasteel. A couple of years ago there was nothing here but an area to park ones car and look at the view. Last time I went there about a year ago they had a few prefab buildings from which they were serving coffee. Now it is like a little tourist village up there - tables and chairs and coffees and food, as well as touristy shops. I actually bought myself a nice "made in South Africa" hat up there.
