Every day when I collect Maddy from her classroom at 1pm, she gives me her bags and runs to the playground equipment wanting to show me how high she can jump on the trampoline, or how high she can swing, etc. It takes 10minutes of my time collecting her from school, but at least it is 10minutes of using up some energy outdoors before I try to keep her occupied the rest of the afternoon
