Peony

An old friend came for lunch with her young daughter yesterday.

She kindly bought my wife a lovely bunch of flowers and this Peony was amongst the bouquet.

Not my best flower shot but am up against it today with meetings all day and evening!

I like the colors in the picture,and I will have to have a closer looks at the flower shop next time, I'm not familiar with this flower. Btw. how do you like your camera? Did you always have Nikon?

@zuzana Hi Zuzana, yes I've always had Nikon. I love my D300S, but am thinking of upgrading to the new D800. I would recommend the D300 to anyone! Let me know if you have any specific questions.
