In our greenhouse by seanoneill

In our greenhouse

Today I wanted to try and break the cycle and move on from the shots of the last couple of weeks.

I have loved receiving the wonderful comments and lots of Favs that have seen some of my shots appear on PP. All you 365ers are a wonderful community, and I find your work, and your comments about my work a real inspiration. Thank you all.

For the next few days, it is back to the more everyday.

In our greenhouse we have a Blackbird nesting, and this lovely couple are sitting on 4 eggs.

I have been very careful not to disturb them, so just had to pop my camera in take a shot and then back away so no awards for this one.

I am in awe of this happening in our garden.
I love your everyday shot's, Everyday!! How Beautiful this Capture is!! Enjoy your garden! FAV!

What a treat to have this nest in your greenhouse and to be able to watch them from a distance.

@ellimae Blimey Ellen, thank you, I expected some great comments about the subject, but I am thrilled that you like this so much to hit the magic button. Thank you.

@louisefrance Thanks Louise, they have been there for a few weeks, so I wanted them to get settled before I tried to get a shot. The incubation period is 10-19 days, so we expect them to hatch in about a week or so. Watch this space!!

Interesting shot - I look forward to seeing their progress!

@whitelily @elsbels Thank you both. Hopefully in 1 or 2 weeks we will see some young, but I will have to be careful not to scare the parents away.

The eggs are a gorgeous colour!

@lynnkworth Thanks Lynn.

This is wonderful - especially considering how unobtrusive you tried to be. The eggs are marvelous and the nest all "nestled in" among the pots - had to be extremely hard limiting yourself to just the one shot. Well done all around.
