Yesterday was a very busy day, so I have continued my theme of taking easy shots.
I was working on various things all morning, and then at the cricket club until 9pm doing tea, running the bar etc....
I picked up a set of Olympic Wristbands whilst in Boots shopping for eyeshadow colours for a new project I am working on!!
So, the Olympics are approaching rapidly. We have a few tickets for Football and Archery, so the boys will want to wear their colours with pride. I am sure that there will be hundreds of amazing pictures from lots of pepople, I am really looking forward to seeing them.
As an aside, surely a 5 pack of these in the colours of the Olympic rings would be a good idea too? Also, as I make my living importing from the far East, £5 for 4 wristbands. Come on Boots and all connected. These cost less than 50p to manufacture and import. Do you really need to mark them up to £5-00?
@debsulzberger Hahaha deb. They probably sell the green and gold ones in the West London branches of Boots. That's where most of the Aussies in the UK seem to live...I hope lots and lots of Aussie Olympians finish second, no shame in an Olympic Silver, expecially when a Brit has got the Gold......
@debsulzberger@cathy366@sabine oooh, you Aussies are so competitive...That's why I love your nation so much.....Bet you aren't as noisy next summer when The Ashes are up for grabs.....
Beautifully simple shot with the must have colours of the moment, I would buy these at £5 if I was a tad younger! Love your black background & looking forward to more Olympic photos!
Go the green and gold! But I'd have to agree, the Barmy Army can put on a good lot of noise! Nice colours here.
So the eyeshadow was for a new project? You sure? ;-)
Nice shot, Sean. I hope you are planning to attend as many events as possible - we had the Olympics in Atlanta in 1996 and I went to every event i could get a ticket for - a memorable Summer, indeed!
Nice composition Sean, We have got tickets for the Ladies Mountain Biking event which is virtually at the end of our road, very excited, lots of wonderful photo opportunities!
