I love your interpretation! Really nicely done and that strip of colour is great. Kudos to you for braving that freezing temperature! Not often it hits even 0 degrees where I live lol. Fav :)
@ozziehoffy Thanks ever so Cassandra. I will let you into a little secret. I had set my alarm to get up early, and then turned it off during the night, then the bloody cat woke me up at half past six, so I got up and went up there!!! It was actually taken at 7-53am, I need to alter the time on my camera!
You must be stark raving mad!! To give up your lovely warm bed for a photo!! Albeit a wonderful one which will no doubt be on pp tomorrow and is a fabulous interpretation of the words...well done brave one!! +fav!
@fannyb Thank you Fanny, you are very kind. It was absolutely freezing, I have asked for fingerless gloves for Christmas!! Watch this space, some other nice shots on the way.....
I agree with Fanny about the sanity of venturing out to be greeted by such cold conditions, but I'm glad you did!! Your captureseems to concentrate the power and intensity of that sun which is about to burst out from below the horizon! The straight horizon adds to this perception.
Lovely colours Sean.
