A collage of several shots taken on Christmas Day. After a number of shots in the morning I put the camera down and got stuck into the day.
We have shots of my some of my Christmas tipples, the kid's stockings on their bedroom doors, note 6ft 3 and 16 yrs old Sam may be but he still hangs his stocking on his bedroom door!We also have Sam and Ben, Rebecca, and my in-laws John and Rosemary opening presents. Note the look of amazement on Rebecca's face with one of her presents, I did well with that one.
We had a lovely family day, a very civilised breakfast at 9am before opening a few presents. Then Rebecca and I popped to Hathern to lay some flowers on Victoria's grave, before more presents, Bellinis, Christmas Dinner and a lovely evening chatting while the kids tested out the new X Box!
Thank you to Rebecca, Sam, Ben, John and Rosemary for making it a very special family day, and to everyone for some lovely presents.
@seanoneill bang on! it's time for bed here - I've already had most of a bottle of champagne and half of a bottle or red. Hoping no sore head tomorrow!
Great collage Sean, looks like a wonderful family day. Merry Christmas to you all :-)
(I know it's belated, but until New Year I keep with Merry Christmas, it's always such a shame when it's over).
Brilliant! To sum up my Christmas day I would have had to include myself sitting in the kitchen, glass in hand while 3 sons and a wife got on with the cooking!
