Bavaria~15

A shot across the Bavarian Alps from the top of Kampenwand.

Processed in Silver Efex Pro, experimenting a bit with adding grad filters to top and bottom. I know this will not be many peoples cup of tea. I was trying to create a look of an etching rather than a photo. More evident when viewed large.

A busy day today, delivering beer to weddings this am and then to Southampton and back for the football, so I left the house at 8-30am and got back at 8-15 this evening, so not a lot of 365 time today.
I like the way the shades of grey accentuate the depth. It's amazing how symmetric the picture is, both in the mountains and in the clouds. Very nice picture!

Works well for me.

Saints were robbed though the new guy was lucky to stay on the pitch.

Fantastic depth - looks like an old postcard.

The 'etching' effect has definitely worked very well and suits the image.

This is so pretty in black and white.
