Derbyshire CCC

We popped across to Derby on the bank holiday to see my beloved Hampshire play Derbyshire in a must win game of cricket.

If we lost we were out of the competition, if we won would be through to the semi finals and one game away from the final at Lord's.

It was a tense and very tough low scoring game, but we won by 41 runs when it had looked like we would lose half way through Derbyshire's innings.

Those clouds are watching over the show - or they are the show stealing it from the cricketers. They look like they are on the run, stopping briefly to check things out. The clouds are so white! one looks like she has a smile on her face cheering the cricketers on.
