Stonehenge ~ 2 by seanoneill

Stonehenge ~ 2

An alternative underexposed shot of Stonehenge, shooting into the sun.

My 1,500th photo on 365!

May be better large.

Welcome back Sean and what a wonderfully dramatic shot this is. The drama of the sky looks as though it fans out from the stones themselves and the b&w processing is spot on as always. 1,500 photos - that's quite an achievement. Big FAV.

When I was looking at your other shot I thought how difficult it is to find a way of portraying such an iconic site in a new or out of the ordinary, eye catching way, then I looked at this. This is magnificent! The drama of the clouds and light are stunning. :)
Fav, no question.
