Paris ~ 15 by seanoneill

Paris ~ 15

We walked through the 7th arrondissement of Paris, between Invalides and the Eiffel Tower.

What a lovely little district, with antique markets, lots of stylish shops and cafes. We even spotted where to stay next time we visit Paris, which will not be too long!!

I spotted this lone chap sat outside the Bar du Central on the Rue St. Dominique. It was bitterly cold, so he was either brave or foolhardy!!

Proceesed in SFX Pro with a yellowing finish to give a vintage feel.
Sounds just my place Sean...your man is very hardy but probably drinking a hot coffee. love the b/w , it shows the detail well.

I would love to see this in colour. Hope you had a good time in Paris. I loved it when we went.

@shepherdmanswife We had a wonderful time thanks. I will pop it in my 3rd album in colour for you, though strangely you will see little difference.

Fantastic street scene. I love how the processing hides when it might have been taken -- decades ago or yesterday.

The processing works really well Sean, though for once I think I prefer the colour version.

This looks typically French and the b&w gives it a timeless feel.

Absolutely love the processing. FAV

Very Parisian. The slightly contrasty look seems to help emphasize the repetition of tables and chairs.
