Loughborough Backstreets ~ 34
A shot from earlier today spotted when I took Sam out for a driving lesson in his car.
Taken through the fence at a major site in the town that closed a few years ago with the loss of thousands of jobs.
I thought it bizarre that these 2 fire extinguishers were sat outside in the middle of a path with a huge pile of rubble behind.

Brilliant backstreet photo - wonderfully gritty. Is it this week that Ben is having his surgery? Hope all goes well and will be thinking of you.

hi Jocasta, Ben's op was last Tuesday and it went very well. All the details are on my post for Sunday 9th March.

So glad that Ben's op was a success.
Love this picture - like two old men mourning the passing of their place of work!

So glad to hear that all went well - your family has been in my thoughts. Pizza and Xbox sounds good.

It is bizarre, good for photos though - super rendition in mono, Sean.

It is strange. I wonder if these were red, and how they looked in color?

Quite odd. I have the same question as Ross although I have in my mind that they are green. How I think that I have no idea! Hope all is well at home. Good to see a new photograph too! :)

There was no explaining the green idea except my hope they were green? hahahaha. So glad to hear Ben will be back at school.

Sean makes note to self: "Never rely on Daryl for accurate information. She's got her head in the clouds most of the time!"
