Here is a daffodil at my school. I took this before I went to a photography club meeting in which we critiqued each other's photos. I showed them several photos including the cherry blossoms shot which they really liked. They liked all of the ones that I showed and they gave me some constructive criticism. I really like the details and texture of this shot. I have two tests tomorrow in Psychology and Pre-Calc so I'm going to be really busy tonight.
I think this is your best flower shot to date! Your new camera has really helped you to get the focus down pat and you've picked up some beautiful details, like the rain drops on this one. Great job Sam!
Hi Sam! Following your 'dead mouse?' shot I had a look at your pics and think they are super! I especially like this one, it's so fresh and clear. I'm afraid I won't be much use on identifying birds/bugs etc but I'll be very happy to follow your daily shots! What is pre-calc?! :)
@filsie65 FYI Pre-Calc is Pre Calculus, which at my school, is a class you can take after Algebra 2 and it is basically a combination of algebra and geometry with some trig at the beginning of the semester. I think I have an A in that class right now.
@sfeldphotos Hey thanks for that info, Sam. Sounds awfully clever! I work in a 'lower school' where the oldest child is 9 so we don't get into anything as technical! My son, age 16, is doing his main exams now and has all that thrown into 'Maths.' Well done on getting your A. :)
