Yellow Flower

A yellow flower in the backyard. Does anyone know what kind?

I think this is a wildflower called "Cinque Foile"- meaning "Five Fingers" for the five leaves around the flower.

nice shot. I think Ann is correct with her identification. This plant is pretty, but it is invasive. It spreads like crazy. After it blooms, the plant develops red berries. I am not sure if this plant spreads by its roots or by its berries.
