I think I've finally identified this tree in our flower bed as a Pyrus Calleryana pear tree aristocrat variety since it has red leaves in autumn. There is also a nandina plant next to it so that's why there are red leaves in the picture. If someone can confirm that or identify the tree as something else that would be greatly appreciated.
