White Lilacs

For me, the best part of Spring is when the lilacs are in bloom!

I love the white lilacs - have only seen them in the purple tones. Bet they smell wonderful.

@milaniet - We have two lilac bushes. This white one and a purple one. They were here when we bought the house and neither I nor my wife have any experience with them. They were planted, I don't believe in the best places and have grown to the point of getting too woody. The white doesn't produce many flowers. I think it should have been pruned back years ago. I don't know if it is too late?
They have a little fragrance now but it will get stronger as the flowers open more.
