US Marine Corps Birthday

I had quite a thing for the USMC when I was young, stemming mainly from reading this book (and seeing the movie based on it) and I still admire them a lot.

Many years ago, I read Exodus by Leon Uris. Haven’t read anything else by him though.

@carole_sandford I enjoyed Exodus too, and have read a few others of his, but Battle Cry remains my favourite.
