Babies! by stownsend

Babies!

Our next stop on our trip took us to Dixie National Forest in Utah where we camped at about 8,000 ft high. One of the best parts of this stop were the baby robins that came with our campsite. We watched them by the hour as the parents worked constantly to keep them fed. Before we left we got to see them fly from the nest. It was such an honor to get to watch them!

They are just adorable! What fun they must have been to watch. Love the detail on their feathers.

They look like they're expecting you to pay them for posing with some wormy goodies.

@milaniet Milanie, it was incredible entertainment for two old people sitting around the camp. Those parents worked so hard!

@digitalrn Good to see you here, Rick! Yes, it was the first week of June. I am retracing our travels from last summer in our RV. I don't have very good internet when we are out like that so I can't upload photos. I decided to do it now!

@tonydebont You are right, Tony - they are not very good looking as babies!
