Inuksuk with a Difference

I've posted several pics of Inuksuks over the past year and a half but this is the first one with hands and intricate balancing. It was one of the many works of art created by the gathering of stone balancers at a country garden centre we visited.

You can see a few more balancing pics at this link, if you're interested: http://www.flickr.com/photos/sunnygreenwood/sets/72157631225769030/

And here's one of my previous Inuksuk links in case you want to learn more about them: http://365project.org/sunnygreenwood/365/2011-09-20

Inuksuk is the Inuit spelling, Inukshuk is the English spelling and since they are Inuit figures, I tend to use their spelling.

Many thanks for dropping by.
This Monarch butterfly has been joined by a bee. The bee has filled the polleln sacks on his legs and just keeps collecting. The dahlia is "bashful".

We used to live in Canada and my friend told me about these stones which are balanced on each other in the shape of a man. She sent me a brooch which I love. Thanks for sharing this fascinating story.
