Great close up; you can really see the hex pattern in the center. There is a beautiful book about nature patterns called " The Mandala Project," by Lori Bailey Cunnngham. It has a whole chapter on the hexagon.

I agree - nature is marvellous. I saw a mathematical photographic exhibition in that small centre in Hyde Park last year. It was excellent. This is excellent too!
