The picture is super hard to see, but on this scooter is a basket, in that basket is a dog. He has on a tiny baseball cap and sunglasses. He's living it up apparently.
While this particular set up is rare, dogs riding scooters is very common here. They will stand in the area for people's feet. It's a small place to stand but they will be on it without falling off. Sometimes you will see large dogs there with their fronts ant backs hanging off the sides of the scooter, a bit scary.
The most impressive thing is that when it's a red light, sometimes the dogs will get off, and walk around the street and then when it's a green light they will run back and get on the scooter and drive away.
I have never tried this with my dog and i never will. She is too skittish around traffic. Although she does enjoying riding in cars. She likes to sit in the front passenger's seat and see where she is going. Doesn't matter if there is somebody in that seat or not.
