This one is for you Denise @lyndemc
A few weeks when we were wandering around the rain forest at Mt Tambourine, we came across this young lady wearing these bright orange sneakers. To say that they stood out amongst all of the brown and greens of the rain forest and all of the drab hiking clothes everyone else was wearing is a gross understatement. They were all you could see.
In the end, I couldn't resist the temptation and got off a single shot of them. The only problem was that just as I was taking the shot, she squatted down to take her own photo so I got a bonus of a nice pair of legs as well.
When I put the camera down, I noticed that her boyfriend was watching me so I gave him a smile and the thumbs up and then took off like a scalded cat. Actually, I made that last bit up - he just gave me a wave and we all went on our way.
Does it count as a wave if he has his middle finger in the air?
@lyndemc I made the bit up about his finger in the air too Denise. :-) I had no intentions of posting this shot until you raised the topic of sneaky shots.
@terryliv I'm laughing so much here, the family is coming to see what's so funny. So, the advice you gave me about just taking the bloody picture actually works... sounds like the boyfriend would've likely forgiven you for taking a picture of his girlfriend's nice legs and the sneakers at the end of them. Thanks for sharing this 'sneaky' shot! Funny stuff.
