One of the many interesting rock formations we passed on the road to Monument Valley.
I tended to take many more photos from the coach when we were moving than I did when we were stopped at features. Most of them are rubbish because of reflections from the glass, last second obstacles getting in the way, coach movement etc.
I thought I would post a few from the drive from Lake Powell to Monument Valley that defied the odds and turned out all right.
Love Monument Valley. When I was a kid I was there with my parents before it became so commercialized. We watched the Navajo women, dressed in their velvets on a hot day, herding their sheep. Been there many times since.
