Who is This?

Am I the only person who thinks that the guy who was running the BiF workshop, Andrew Goodall, looks like the younger brother of one of the characters from a famous TV series?

I'm not sure, if the TV show is world famous - maybe I'd know the show - but that Cockatoo is just soooooo cool! Love that red top knot of feathers!
