It looks quite powerful. If you get excited about rain water too you would have had fun here last week during our storms. Our gutters were overflowing non stop for 10 days, water was gushing down through our retaining wall and along the back of our house. Now we have the big clean up of sand and soil washed down onto our patio area. Our neighbours house is the same. There must be a house at the top of our hill that has no garden left because we have it all.
