Say bye bye to Vivvie. Last shot of her for at least 8 months. (Thank heavens you say).
Already to face the cold weather at Capilano, Vancouver. Don't you just love the fairy skirt over the top of all the cold weather gear. She is such a funny little thing
@gigiflower Lots of time she couldn't stand and just toppled over Sam. If you look closely just below her nose, you should be able to see a mark where she did a face plant a couple of days earlier when she was all rugged up like this. And just before we left to go back to the car, she toppled over again and did another face plant - on exactly the same spot
@gigiflower After 2 weeks of it we had had enough. Everything is such a bloody drama. Doing anything outdoors takes an hour of preparation with the kids. I'll never complain about living in a hot climate again - not that I ever do.
@terryliv You complain? Mmmm, let me mull that one overnight! However I do agree with you - whilst I *like* the idea of snow, I could never do it! I found Hobart hard to manage when I visited for a weekend HAHAHA
Oh I remember having to wear so many layers of clothes when I lived in the UK. It takes ages to get dressed in a morning. a reminder of why we came to Australia.
I used to look like the Michelin Man in winter in the UK.
All this talk of cold, as I prepare to go to work with the temperature downtown at minus twenty-seven, is making me chuckle. Those of us who have grown up with winter have little trouble dealing with it.
All that attire about buries the little person underneath. I like the fairy skirt tho. I should add that to my winter wardrobe. Ha! It looks much on Vivvie.
Lovely shot for the family album Terry. I like snow when i look at it with the camera as it does provide some great photo opportunities but i wouldn,t like to live in it.
