Very happy today. The pale headed rosella has always been on his own when he visited our back yard but yesterday and today he was accompanied by a mate and I managed a very quick shot before they disappeared. I suspect the mate is even more timid than the original visitor and as soon as you try to get close, it takes off with and the other one follows. But we were very happy that there is now a pair. I have no idea which is the cock and which is the hen.
