I Gave Up And Digitally Cheated!!

I have put off doing this genre for long enough. I tried a curtain of fairy lights, bubble wrap and cling film.

In the end I put the fairy lights one thorough a couple of distortion filters in Affinity, the denoise filter and upped the saturation.

It could be too dark to use the homemade filters. Seems they need a lot of light. This, however you got it, is a beautiful image.
