Past Presence by Helene Black - sculpture outside entrance to Paphos airport. Made from steel, metallic auto paint, granite and fluorescent lights. During the Chalcolithic (Copper Age) period, several of these figurines, which represented fertility, were found in the Paphos area.

Paphos airport has changed a lot. When we lived in Cyprus (RAF days) Paphos airport was a runway and a wooden hut and only just starting up.

It has come a long way now hasn't it.
