This robber fly (Diogmites neoternatus) was in a friend's apartment. He wanted me to smash it but that's just not me. I got a cup and a paper towel, trapped it and set it out on the balcony. It was grateful enough to me for sparing its life it posed for a couple of pictures.
@tinley23@corinnec@dutchothotmailcom@ggshearron@joysabin@amyk Thanks all! This thing was kind of big...about an inch long (2.5cm). But the picture is exactly why, when I needed a new phone recently, I went for the iPhone 13 Pro. I knew it could take good pictures, but man! It rocks!
