I love spring and seeing the new life on trees.
We had a wonderful day. Grandma came to visit so the hubby and I could have a wonderful date. We all went to the local beach park after she arrived. It's such a great place to go for whatever you need, whether it is relaxation or a place to burn off some of your children's energy :)
Lovely capture of a beautiful tree and park. Lucky you having a date night that was kid free. I can't remember the last time that happened in my life :( I'll have to rectify it soon!
The first leaves are so soft and pale in spring. Delicate and pretty. Sounds like a fun day and a lovely place to spend some time. Did Grandma come just so you could have a date night?! I hope you both had a lovely evening :)
@kiwichick Yes...she encourages us to do it because it gives her a chance to see her grandkids :) She just lives in Portland so it's not too long of a drive.
