November and December have been gray, overcast, little to no snow, and warmer then usual; "Danger Thin Ice". Pond hockey, cross country skiing, ice fishing, and other winter sports suffering, albeit not bikini weather. Looking towards downtown Minneapolis across a portion of Lake of the Isles
