Will you Walk Into My Parlour?

...said the Spider to the Fly.
'Tis the prettiest little parlour that ever you did spy."
As I enjoyed lunch I watched these miniature characters on the abelia - the spider with arms open wide in invitation and the silly fly moving closer and closer. Couldn't help but think that a similar scene must have unfolded in Mary Howitt's garden two hundred years ago and been the inspiration for her famous poem...and so my June challenge draws to a close. I've really enjoyed the challenge of linking three different stimuli together - journaling my day, the 30 days in June and the June Word challenge - to create one product. Thank you to the creators. Its been fun!
June word - inspiration

The poem brought back memories. You have certainly captured the spirit of the poem and the challenge.
