Volcanic Shapes Too

Today's volcanic shape is Mt Tibrogargan, one of 12 volcanic plugs rising from the coastal plains just 70 km north of Brisbane in Southern Queensland. According to Aboriginal legend it is the father of the volcanic core family. Mt Beewah is the Mother and all the other cores are their children.
What an amazing country! Great pic too - love the drama of the horizon versus the beautiful calm reflections on the water....

@jan11 Well spotted! Yes I love Caloundra. Wish I had a unit of my own there so i could visit more often. A lovely part of the world!
